CRISIL has placed its rating on the Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD) programme of Carborundum Universal Ltd on 'Rating Watch with Developing Implications':

- Rs 64.6 million Non-Convertible Debenture Programme : AA+ (Rating Watch with Developing implications)

- Rs 600 million Short Term Debt Programme : P1+ (Reaffirmed)
