CESC Board to recommend dividend

CESC Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 25, 2007, inter alia, to approve the accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007 and to consider recommendation of dividend for the said year on the paid-up share capital of the Company as on March 31, 2007.
