Panacea Biotec Board recommends 100% dividend

Panacea Biotec Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 14, 2007, inter alia, has recommended dividend @ 100% (i.e. Re 1/- per Share) on equity shares of the Company, for the financial year 2006-07.
