Info-drive Software to consider raising $10 million

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Info-Drive Software Ltd will be held on May 13, 2014, to consider the raising of funds up to $10 Million in foreign currency through issue of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) convertible into Equity Shares.
