Cigniti Technologies to consider preferential issue to promoters

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Cigniti Technologies Ltd will be held on May 07, 2014, to discuss the preferential allotment of 21,60,000 Equity Shares to promoters and others.

The Board will consider resignation of Mr. Khush Mohammed as Company Secretary and appointment of Ms. A Naga Vasudha as Company Secretary.
