Ramsarup Industries AGM approves dividend of 10%

Ramsarup Industries Ltd has announced that sharheolders at the 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 04, 2006, have approved the payment of Final equity Dividend @ 10% on the equity share capital of Rs 17,50,44,280 in addition to the 10% interim dividend declared earlier and 5% on 5% Redeemable Cumulative Preference Share Capital of Rs 1,30,00,000 and 4% on 4% Redeemable Cumulative Preference share capital of Rs 3,16,00,000.
