Genesys International Corporation Ltd has announced that the court convened meeting of the Equity Shareholders, Secured Creditors and Unsecured Creditors of the Company held on June 11, 2007, have approved the Scheme of Arrangement between the Company and GI Engineering Solutions Ltd for demerger and transfer of Engineering and Information Technology business division of the Company into GI Engineering Solutions Ltd.
