Jetking Infotrain Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 20, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To approve and take on record the Audited results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To consider issue of Bonus Shares.
