Asian Hotels Board recommends 20% final dividend

Asian Hotels Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 13, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of 20%, in addition to the interim dividend of 80% declared and paid earlier, taking the overall dividend for the year under review to 100% i.e. Rs 10/- per share.
