Ipca Laboratories fixes Book Closure for final dividend & AGM

Ipca Laboratories Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 12, 2007 to July 20, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of final dividend & 57th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 20, 2007.
