Mayur Leather Board recommends final dividend

Mayur Leather Products Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 12, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of 10% (i.e. Re 1/- per equity share of face value Rs 10/-) for the year ended March 31, 2007, subject to shareholders approval.
