Nahar Industrial Enterprises Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 20, 2007 inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year / period ended on March 31, 2007 and to consider and recommend the dividend, if any, for the financial year ended on March 31, 2007.
