Shantivijay Jewels Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 29, 2007 inter alia:

1. To consider and take on record audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To consider and declare dividend, if any, for the financial year 2006-07.
