Hon'ble High Court, Delhi approves Scheme of Amalgamation of CHD Developers

CHD Developers Ltd has announced that Hon'ble High Court of Delhi at New Delhi vide it's order dated May 25, 2007 has approved the scheme amalgamation of the Company with it's group Company 'Capital Homes Ltd'.
