EIH Associated Board recommends 8% dividend

EIH Associated Hotels Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 13, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of Rs 0.80 (8%) per Equity Share in respect of the year ended March 31, 2007.
