Godawari Power Board to recommend final dividend

Godawari Power & Ispat Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 26, 2007, inter alia, to consider, the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2007 and recommendation of final dividend for the financial year 2006-07.
