KCP Sugar Board to consider dividend

KCP Sugar & Industries Corporation Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, to considering and approving the Audited Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007. The Board will also consider :

1. Recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2007; and

2. Announcement of venue and time for the Twelfth Annual General Meeting of the Company.
