Visaka Industries Ltd has announced that the Honorable High Court of Andhra Pradesh, in the Final hearing of the case held on the June 06, 2007, has sanctioned the 'Scheme of Amalgamation' of M/s Shakti Roofings Pvt Ltd with the Company.
