Comfort Intech promoters to acquire shares through creeping acquisition

Comfort Intech Ltd has announced that the Company has received a letter from Mr. Anil Agrawal who is one of the Promoter of the Company informing that the individual promoters Mr. Anil Agrawal, Mrs. Annu Agrawal and the promoter group Companies of the Company namely M/s. Luharuka Exports Pvt Ltd and M/s. Luharuka Investment & Consultants Pvt Ltd intending to acquire shares of the Company from the open market through creeping acquisition root at the prevailing market rate at the time of acquisition during the financial year.

The stock closed the day at Rs.12.50, up by Rs.0.32 or 2.63%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.12.71 and low of Rs.12.20. The total traded quantity was 4408 compared to 2 week average of 4463.
