Bank of India fixes Book Closure for final dividend & AGM

Bank of India has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Bank will remain closed from July 04, 2007 to July 10, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of final dividend and 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank to be held on July 10, 2007.
