Ultramarine & Pigments Board to consider final dividend

Ultramarine & Pigments Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 15, 2007, inter alia, to consider the Audited Results for the year ended March 31, 20O7 and the Directors may also consider declaring final dividend for the year ended March 31, 2007.
