ITL Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider and record Audited Financial result for the year ended on March 31, 2007 and to consider and recommend Dividend, if any, for the Financial year 2006-07.
