Acrysil Board recommends 15% Dividend

Acrysil Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 13, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend @ 15% (Previous Year 10%) on its equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
