Eurotex Industries Board to consider final dividend

Eurotex Industries & Exports Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 23, 2007, inter alia, to approve the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007 and also the quarterly results for the quarter ended March 31, 2007.

The Company has further informed that the Directors may consider recommendation of final dividend on equity shares for the financial year 2006-07.
