KSE Board to consider dividend

KSE Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, to consider the accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007 & to recommend dividend, if any, for that year. Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2007 will also considered in the same meeting.
