IVP to Dispose Company's Ceramics Division

IVP Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company have decided to seek the approval of the Shareholders in pursuance of Section 293(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 1956 for the disposal by way of sale, lease or otherwise in any other manner of the Undertaking of the Company commonly known as Industrial Ceramics Division including its manufacturing plant in Aurangabad, in view of the cumulative losses of Rs 1.34 crores incurred by this segment in the last two years.

The stock was trading at Rs.25.85, up by Rs.0.40 or 1.57%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.26.50 and low of Rs.24.25. The total traded quantity was 8521 compared to 2 week average of 6351.
