Hatsun Agro Board to consider interim dividend

Hatsun Agro Product Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 21, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record, the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended the March 31, 2007 and to consider interim dividend for the year 2006-07.
