Peninsula Land Board to consider dividend

Peninsula Land Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 21, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the nine months period ended March 31, 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, the Directors shall also consider the payment of dividend for the nine months period ended March 31, 2007.
