Arrow Webtex Board to consider dividend

Arrow Webtex Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of directors of the Company will be held on June 21, 2007, inter alia, to consider, the following:

1. The working results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. The working results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2007.

3. Recommendation of dividends on the Equity and Preference Shares of the Company, if any.

4. General working of the Company and proposals for investments in new ventures and options to raise finance for the same.
