Vijay Textiles Board to consider dividend

Vijay Textiles Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 22, 2007, inter alia, for considering the following:

1. To Consider and approve Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To Consider, approve and adopt the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss account for the year ended March 31, 2007.

3. To Consider and declaration of Dividend for the Financial year 2006-2007 to the Share Holders.

4. To Consider and approve the date of fixation of Annual General Meeting and the closure of the Register of Members and Share transfer books.
