Kabra Extrusiontechnik Board to consider dividend

Kabra Extrusiontechnik Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 27, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To consider and approve the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2007 and Profit & Loss Account for the year ended as on that date.

2. To consider recommendation of Dividend, if any in respect of the Financial Year 2006-07.

3. To take on record the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007.
