Greenply Industries fixes Book Closure for final dividend & AGM

Greenply Industries Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 09, 2007 to July 11, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of final dividend and 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 11, 2007.
