GEI Industrial Board to consider dividend

GEI Industrial Systems Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 19, 2007, to take into consideration the following agenda items:

1. To consider and adopt the audited results for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To consider payment of Dividend, if any for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.

3. To consider the reconstitution / reconstruction of the Board.
