Dhanuka Agritech Board to consider final dividend

Dhanuka Agritech Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 21, 2007, inter alia to consider Audited Accounts for the year ended on March 31, 2007, recommendation of final dividend if any and to take on record the audited results for the Financial year ended on March 31, 2007.
