Hon'ble High Courts approves Scheme of Amalgamation of Raipur Alloys

Raipur Alloys & Steel Ltd has announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay - Nagpur Bench and Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh, Bilaspur have approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Chhattisgarh Electricity Company Ltd and Raipur Gases Pvt Ltd with the Company.

The Certified copies of the High Court Orders have been received by the Company and the Company is in the process to file the same with the respective Registrar of Companies so as to complete the formalities.

The stock closed the day at Rs.177.45, down by Rs.2.10 or 1.17%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.182.50 and low of Rs.175.35. The total traded quantity was 66242 compared to 2 week average of 33646.
