RPG Life Sciences Board recommends 15% dividend

RPG Life Sciences Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 12, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs 1.50/- per equity share (15%) on equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each for the said financial year.
