Steel Strips Wheels Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 19, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Annual Accounts for the financial year ended March 31, 2007 and recommendation of dividend, if any for the year 2006-2007.
