Shiva Suitings to redeem NCDs

Shiva Suitings Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company vide their circular resolution passed on February 07, 2007 decided to redeem unlisted 14% 5148 Secured Redeemable Non - Convertible Debentures of Rs 100/- each at par along with the interest due thereon till the date of passing of the resolution.
