Mercator Lines subsidiary takes deliver of Panamax Vessel

With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 03, 2007 regarding execution of MOA by the Company's Singapore based subsidiary for acquisition of 4 nos dry bulk vessels of about 305,000 in aggregate, Mercator Lines Ltd has announced that the said subsidiary Mercator Lines (Singapore) Pte. Ltd on June 12, 2007 has taken delivery of one of such 2005 built panamax vessel of 73,901 DWT.
