Cimmco to consider issue of NCRPS

At its ensuing meeting of the Board of Directors on April 12, 2014, Cimmco Ltd is proposing to issue Non Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares to its Promoter Group entity.

Shares of CIMMCO LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.15.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 15.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2675 in over 24 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 15.85 and intraday low of 14.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 40321.
