Berger Paints Board recommends 20% final dividend

Berger Paints India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 12, 2007, inter alia, has recommended (subject to the approval of the Members at the Annual General Meeting to be held on July 31, 2007) a Final Dividend @ 20% for the year ended March 31, 2007. This, together with the Interim Dividend of 30% for the year, already paid to the members of the Company, makes a total dividend of 50% for the year ended March 31, 2007.
