Techno Electric Board recommends 25% dividend

Techno Electric & Engineering Company Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 12, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 25% on Paid-up Equity Share Capital, i.e. Rs 0.50 per equity share of Rs 2/- each for the year ended March 31, 2007.
