Bhageria Dye Board to consider dividend

Bhageria Dye Chem Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. To approve the audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To fix the date of Annual General Meeting and Book Closure dates.

3. To approve the Notice and Directors report.

4. To proposed Dividend on Equity Shares for the year ended on March 31, 2007.
