PI Drugs Board to recommend dividend

PI Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 20, 2007, inter alia, to consider and to approve the audited annual accounts for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, in the aforesaid meeting of the Board of Directors Board is proposed to consider and to recommend dividend to the shareholders.
