Karur Vysya Bank fixes Book Closure for Dividend & AGM

Karur Vysya Bank Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Bank will remain closed from July 16, 2007 to July 20, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend and Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank to be held on July 20, 2007.
