California Software Board recommends 7.5% dividend

California Software Company Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 11, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 7.5% on equity shares (Rs 0.75 per share) payable subject to approval of shareholders at ensuing AGM.
