Kovilpatti Lakshmi equity shareholders approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Kovilpatti Lakshmi Roller Flour Mills Ltd has announced that the equity shareholders of the Company at their Court convened meeting held on May 28, 2007 have approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Eltex Super Castings Ltd with the Company.
