Greycells Education Ltd to issue 19 lakh shares

The Board of Directors of Greycells Education Ltd at its meeting held on March 31, 2014, have considered and approved the change in situation of registered office of the Company from D-2, 1st Floor, Poddar Chamber, 126, Mathuradas Compound, N. M. Joshi Marg, Lower Parel (West), Mumbai - 400013 to Forum Building, 1st Floor, 11/12, Raghuvanshi Mills Compound, Senapati Bapat Marg, Lower Parel (West), Mumbai - 400013 with immediate effect.

The Board also approved raising of funds through issue of upto 19,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company on preferential allotment basis to Krisma Investments Private Limited (one of the member of the promoter and promoter group of the Company) in accordance with the provisions of Chapter VII of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 and other applicable laws and subject to approval of shareholders through postal ballot process including matters incidental thereto.
