Jindal Drilling Board recommends 5% dividend

Jindal Drilling & Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 11, 2007, inter alia, has recommended dividend @ 5% i.e. Rs 0.50 per equity share of Rs 10/- for the Accounting Year ended March 31, 2007.
