Canara Bank raises Rs. 1000 crores through Tier - II Bonds (Series - II)

Canara Bank had announced an issue of Tier-II Bonds (Series - II) for Rs. 1000 Crore to augment capital resources.

The Issue was opened and closed on March 27, 2014. The Bank has successfully raised Rs. 1000 Crore under BASEL-III Complaint Tier-II Bonds (Series-II).

Shares of CANARA BANK was last trading in BSE at Rs.251.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 246.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 292780 in over 7305 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 254.7 and intraday low of 244.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 73628189.
